I would recommend it to all travelers. Friendly clean, neat and comfortable.

It was OK. The room itself appeared to be clean, but I'm pretty sure there were some kind of bed bugs. The pool area was tiny and nothing like the pictures, the rooms looked different too. Most of the cleaning staff weren't friendly. And also the breakfast wasn't good (no different than a cheaper hotel) and the eating area was way too small to accommodate all those people. This is a nice hotel. it's jut very hard to get to for the first time. The address does not exist on the GPS so we had to improvise to get to the parking lot. Over all though we had a nice stay and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were there for the 4th of July fireworks in NY, and a staff member from laundry told us exactly were to go to get a good view and how to get there. This hotel meets all expectations for a business traveler or one who will spend most of their time away during the day. When we stayed, the huge group was staying, too. There was chaos at breakfast to reach the buffet table.

Hotel was very clean, neat and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great with a very good selection. I will be returning for future trips to NYC.
